Polishing removes surface scratches and restores the shine to acetate frames.

Over time, the acetate dries out and leaves whitish stains, due to wear and mistreatment, contact with sea water, cleaning with unsuitable products, perspiration, etc.

First, remove the imperfections with a hard felt disc using a paste.

The second step is done by using a flexible disc which will provide the glossy finish.
