For frames that are not your prescription, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you once we have verified that it is in perfect condition.

For prescription frames, we are unable to provide refunds, but we can correct the prescription if it does not suit you.

You will receive in your package a care sheet and the invoice corresponding to your purchase. You just have to send the care sheet accompanied by your prescription to your social security center, then send the invoice accompanied by your prescription to your mutual insurance company.
