Anti-blue light glasses: the essentials for working on screens

Blue light is a light that is produced by LED devices such as lighting systems, screens, luminous objects, etc. Today, these lights are blue and covered with a layer of yellow phosphorus which creates an intense white light that is dangerous for our eyes.

The dangers of light and its effects
