The story of Oliver Peoples begins in 1986, when the Leight brothers, Larry and Dennis, opened a boutique in California on the legendary Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.
They created the Oliver Peoples brand based on a collection of retro, new age frames purchased at an auction. The frames date from the 40s-60s but have never been worn. Success is there, the Oliver Peoples brand is created.
These extra-large pilot sunglasses offer a 70s-inspired style. Their classic colored mirrored lenses are striking. A feather designed especially for the 30th anniversary collection is hand-engraved.
